At home nail care, a category that exploded during the pandemic, continues to gain popularity on Amazon as customers learn they can DIY their nails and have similar if not better results than a salon. There is also the the theory that during economic uncertainty, price conscious consumers pull back on services and opt into doing beauty regiments at home. Another trend we have seen is a growth in fragrance sales on Amazon. Historically this has been a challenging category because, well… you can’t actually smell the fragrance digitally, but with enhanced branding opportunities provided by Amazon, its proven to be a growing category.
