    Forbes Next 1000

Forbes’ year-round initiative, “the Next 1000”, pays tribute to self-made entrepreneurs who are “redefining the American dream”. The Next 1000 shines light on ambitious sole proprietors, self-funded shops and pre-revenue startups all over the US. Each honoree highlighted in the initiative started with under $10 million in revenue or funding, and built their businesses with pure grit and determination. The Next 1000 list was developed by top business minds and entrepreneurial superstars who screened nominations and selected the first 250 standouts to be featured.

    2021 Honoree Laura Meyers

The Envision Horizons’ team is honored to have our founder and CEO, Laura Meyer, included in the first wave of Forbes Next 1000 honorees. Laura founded Envision Horizons in January of 2017 after working as an Amazon employee and seeing first-hand the many challenges that retail brands face when selling on Amazon. Laura was soon joined by former Wall Street analyst and computer scientist, Lindsey Gorman, who leads the company’s software development. Today, our team at Envision Horizons works with some of the largest brands on Amazon and Walmart, including THINX, Diesel and Unilever International. At Envision Horizons we are continuing to experience rapid growth and will launch a stand-alone software solution in 2021. Laura’s drive and passion allowed us to grow from the ground up, and we are excited and proud to see her highlighted with the many other impressive upstart entrepreneurs featured in the Next 1000.
