myHorizons Page Highlights
We’re breaking down the most popular pages within each myHorizons tab to give you insight into use cases, special features, and calculations….
Home Page
- Custom Home Widgets
- Goal Setting
- Quickstarts
Custom Home Widgets
The custom home page allows you to set up a personalized dashboard that displays your most important data in one place—making it easy to quickly get an overview of what’s happening with your account.
The page can be customized with widgets that display your goals and metrics, giving you an even better understanding of how well you’re performing.
The way you customize your homepage will likely depend on both your responsibilities and goals. For example…
- An Amazon Brand Manager may want to display Performance by Date, Performance by Product, Buy Box Data, and Action Insights at the top of their home page.
- An Advertising Manager may choose to display the Key Performance Indicators widget with metrics such as Ad Sales, ROAS, TACOS, ACOS, Ad Spend, and Forecasted Ad Spend. They may also use the Goal Setting tool to add advertising-related objectives to the home page.
- An Inventory Manager may want to highlight the Return Summary Card, Performance by Product (to monitor best and worst sellers), and the Product Comparison Module with Units Returned as the set metric.
- A CFO or VP of Finance will be most focused on sales and spending, and may also choose to customize widgets such as the Product Summary Card to display profitability data.
- A CEO, Founder, or Owner who is looking for a high-level overview of their performance on Amazon may choose to display the Account Performance Chart front and center, with the Key Performance Indicator widget set with their top 6 KPIs.
Goal Setting
Goals are not effective unless you track their progress, and Amazon is not a set-it-and-forget-it platform. Whether your goals are tied to profitability, organic rank, or advertising, you must be continually reviewing and adjusting to achieve your end goal.
The myHorizons Goal Setting feature (within the custom home page) gives sellers the ability to set up goals for any performance metric and track progress towards them over time, all within the myHorizons platform.
The screenshots below display the “Create a New Goal” page, where you enter your goal title, your focus performance metric, goal type (i.e. grow to, stay under, decrease to), the number or percentage associated with your performance metric, and your time frame.
The image above shows an example of a goal to grow sessions to 2,000 for this month / next 30 days.
You can customize the date range for each goal within myHorizons so that it fits with your timeline. Set targets to track progress towards long-term objectives or focus on short-term goals to ensure success in the near future.
Any goals you set can be displayed on your myHorizons home page in a graph with your progress and target over time. Set goals to be displayed on the account level for everyone on your team to see, or at the individual user level for your eyes only.
Utilize the goal-setting tool at the account level to unify your team with shared goals. Goals set at the account level can be seen by all software users, meaning everyone on your team can stay aligned with KPIs and progress.
Common goals we see tracked within myHorizons are…
- Grow organic sales to X
- Grow ad spend to X
- Keep ad spend under X
- Keep ACOS under X
- Reduce TACOS to X
- Grow impressions to X
- Increase AOV to X
All these goals can be set at the product or even variation level! For example, if you have specific goals for just your high-impact product, you can customize your goals to reflect this. One use case may be setting a goal to sell the rest of your inventory for a specific variation.

Account Recap
Gain valuable insight into your account with myHorizons Account Recap Page.
View a snapshot of your account’s most important data points. Get quick updates on predictions like forecasted sales with ~95% accuracy and view month-over-month data to identify and measure seasonality for your account. Get an overview of what type of customers purchased from your account this month.
Promotions Tracker
Tracking your promotions and coupon performance on Amazon will help you to evaluate whether your marketing efforts are successful and provide you with valuable feedback for your next campaign.
The myHorizons Promotions Tracker feature lets you easily visualize how key metrics were impacted by your promotions. You can choose from various metrics such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and more for deeper insights into what’s working—and what isn’t.
Assess coupon performance by redemptions, attributed sales, spend, and more. A coupon can be measured against valuable information, such as new brand customers, sessions, and repeat customers, to determine their effectiveness.
Being able to see how efficiently your coupons are running across different product lines and categories can help you decide when to run more, or fewer, promotions per item. Additionally, discovering trends in sales behavior through the monitoring of coupon performance will enable you to create customer loyalty programs tailored for increased repeat purchases and higher reviews.
myHorizons stores all historic data, allowing you to see how a coupon or promotion performed against seasonality.
Account Analytics
Compare how sales and advertising data are related for your account. Analyze sales data parallel to advertising data to draw quick insights about top-performing products. Compare across all parent products or all child variations. Select different performance metrics and view the data in the graph below.
For example, compare your top revenue products to your products with the most ad spend, see products with the most NTB (new to brand) sales alongside LTV (lifetime value), or put any other two performance metrics side by side.
Another configuration of this page that has been popular among users is Paid Sales vs Organic Sales.
Performance Data
myHorizons’ Performance Data page offers an excellent way to get a deep look into your business performance by investigating key metrics such as LTV (customer lifetime value), NTB (new to brand), and CAC (customer acquisition cost).
myHorizons allows you to uncover key drivers across sales and advertising by allowing examination at the most granular levels. In addition, group by various views to see a detailed analysis of data sliced in different ways.
Analyze business performance and make timely decisions for success…
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Find answers to important questions such as “How much does it cost me to acquire a customer and how long do they stay?”. Without a full understanding of what each customer is worth, as well as how much you should be investing in acquiring that customer, strategic marketing efforts cannot be maximized.
- Profitability: Track your LTV/CAC ratio to identify potential pitfalls in the scaling process, determine how much marketing budget to allocate, and maximize profitability.

Brand Profitability
Envision Horizons proprietary technology, myHorizons, you can easily track and analyze your profitability at a high level, or drill down into ASIN level data. See your net revenue and cash receive along with a summary of your income, FBA fees, marketplace expenses, and promotional expenses.
Harnessing data is one of the most important steps in improving profitability on Amazon…
Utilize other myHorizons pages (such as Performance Data) with the Brand Profitability page. Keep track of sales trends, market changes, and your customer journey in order to make informed decisions about how to do business more effectively. Using data points like average order value and customer acquisition cost will help you understand how customers interact with your store and products. Leveraging this data will allow you to identify areas where you can optimize for maximum visibility and conversions. This will have an overall impact on your profitability and allow you to track the effects of changes over time.
Child ASIN Profitability
With the Child ASIN Profitability page, view a full financial picture of how your ASIN’s expenses account for profitability. Adjust COGS for single ASINs or the default COGS percentage for all your ASINs and quickly assess how it affects your profit margins.
It’s extremely difficult to improve overall brand profitability if you don’t know your profit by ASIN. Understanding profitability by ASIN allows for a more informed advertising budget by product. This also allows for better merchandising and knowledge of what products have longevity. There are some products that will never be profitable on Amazon.
Amazon’s marketplace is becoming increasingly competitive, and ensuring your brand is profitable is a vital factor for success. Knowing the different elements that play into profitability, and having the right tools to maximize them, can mean the difference between success and failure on the platform.
To help brands navigate this challenge, Envision Horizons, Getida, and EcomBalance have partnered up to create the most comprehensive guide to understanding and improving profitability on Amazon. This resource will help sellers identify key factors influencing their profits while offering actionable solutions to boost product sales and maximize profitability.

Inventory by Status
It is important to create an Amazon inventory management plan that ensures your account standing remains healthy. Keep track of current stock levels and understand when new orders need to be placed so that stock does not run out frequently–which would hurt performance metrics.
Explore three Inventory by Status subpages: Out of Stock, Low Stock, and All Inventory. View all data by Child ASIN or SKU.
Out of Stock
View a list of out-of-stock products and their correlated sales loss to form a restocking strategy. Use the Inventory Adjustment tool to input different lead days and demand assumptions to see what inventory will go out of stock.
Low Stock
View the products at risk of going out of stock in the near future based on sales impact and demand. Use the Inventory Adjustment tool to input different lead days and demand assumptions to see what inventory can go out of stock.
All Inventory
Pin down important data points for your inventory as you conduct your analysis at the most granular level. Assess your data by ASIN or SKU and group them by different views to see your data sliced in different ways. Export your results to CSV files.
You can use these pages to assist with demand planning. For example, during the week leading up to Black Friday / Cyber Monday, you can calculate the expected products to go out of stock by multiplying the trailing 30 days run rate by an increase of 50% in demand.

Buy Box Data
Simplify the process of tracking Buy Box wins and losses by viewing your accounts’ ratio of wins, losses, and no Buy Boxes. Track Buy Box prices to stay competitive and toggle different views to generate a list of each status.
Check out our post explaining the factors that affect the Amazon Buy Box and how to stay winning.
Best Seller Rank
Your Best Seller Rank (BSR) is an indicator of if your product is performing well or not when compared to your competitors. It tells you where your product falls in the online marketplace.
You can use your BSR as a benchmark to measure your product’s performance over time. The best way to determine a goal BSR for yourself is to consider the number of sales that you want your product to have each day (or week, month, etc). Then, reverse engineer what your Best Sellers Rank for that total of sales would be.
With the myHorizons Best Sellers Rank page you can view your BSR over any period of time since your myHorizons account was created (Amazon does not currently offer historic BSR tracking, but we store your data to show you trends over time). Easily view how different ranks affect product sales and view your average rank for each product and category.
View the BSR graph’s accompanying table, which includes product names, average BSR, current BSR, and corresponding sales figures.
Jump to the SEO Recap page to see your products ordered by BSRs trending down or trending up, alongside the product’s average organic rank.
Review Request
Automate the “Request a Review” process with myHorizons…
For brands with high volumes of orders, the process of individually requesting reviews is not efficient. At Envision Horizons, our in-house technology does this for you! Our myHorizons software includes functionality to help you fully automate the Amazon Request a Review feature. Just set your parameters once and myHorizons will continuously submit requests to trigger the Request a Review system as your orders become eligible.

Repurchase Analysis
With the myHorizons Repurchase Analysis page, you can efficiently evaluate customer retention efforts and measure loyalty to evaluate the long-term performance of your account. View trends on a product level of repeat versus new-to-brand customers and track repurchase rates over time.
Easily view your number of unique customers, repurchasing customers, and new to brand customers for a set time period, alongside your sales, repurchase rate, repurchase sales, and average repurchase interval….
Dayparting
With myHorizons Dayparting Analysis, identify patterns and trends in customer purchase behavior to inform your advertising strategy.
Maximize your success by learning more about which days in the week and hours in each day have the highest purchase frequency. Use dayparting insights to inform decisions about targeting and devise the best timing for ad spend.
Returns Analysis
Amazon FBA Returns are an unavoidable part of every seller’s business. As a seller, it’s important to keep track of your return rates and make sure Amazon is reimbursing you accurately.
With the Returns Analysis page, efficiently track your account and individual ASIN return rates to gather valuable insights about health and performance.
Oftentimes, the returns graph will show a spike in returns during online events like Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas. Other times, the graph will show a spike in return rate that could be indicative of a larger issue. Track the common reasons for returns and track the number of products reimbursed.
Under the graph, there is a complete table of returns by reason. The table breaks the returns down by reason and shows how many units have been returned ad how many have been reimbursed. This can also offer valuable insights that can help you identify problems and make changes to reduce your return rates.
If left unchecked, returns can severely hurt your profits. Fortunately, with the insights gathered from the myHorizons Returns Analysis page, you can start taking action to reduce your Amazon return rate. Check out our tips on reducing your return rates on Amazon.
Purchase Combinations
Many Amazon sellers focus heavily on driving sales on an individual item, but by utilizing cross-selling you could end up doubling the size of the customer order. Amazon gives sellers a limited amount of data on things like purchase combinations, which is why myHorizons offers both a Purchase Combinations page and a Cross-Selling page under the Customer Insights tab.
Looking at existing purchase combination data is a great way to determine which products will do well being cross-sold together. For example, you might see that customers are actually purchasing your nude lipstick with your caramel-colored lipliner even more frequently than with your nude lipliner. Now that you know customers are enjoying this combination, you can cross-sell these products in a lot of different ways.
Using our Purchase Combinations tool, you get a straightforward report of what products your customers are ordering together. Our tool displays 2 ASINs side by side and provides the exact number of times these products were ordered together. Purchase combinations are listed in order of frequency and the tool shows you absolutely all of your data, not just your top 3 most common combinations. Even if two of your products were only purchased together 15 times, that information is there for you to see.
Using the Purchase Combinations tool, you are able to identify purchasing patterns and can use this data to justify cross-selling actions such as creating virtual bundles on amazon, building gift sets, or placing sponsored brands ads with creative that highlights complementary products.
Cross-Selling
One of the most appealing aspects of Amazon’s platform is the ability to strategically motivate customers to buy more. In fact, Amazon attributes 35% of its revenue to cross-selling.
The Cross-Selling Analysis included in myHorizons focuses on product purchase flows from advertising. For example, the tool could show you that when consumers clicked on your ad for your 2oz travel shampoo, 40% actually went on to purchased the 8oz version of the same product. The data provided by this tool can indicate product relationships and is often very open to interpretation. Analysis of these product purchase flows can give you insights into consumer behavior that you can’t get from organic data.
There are a lot of ways to cross-sell on Amazon beyond advertising- check out our post Cross-Selling on Amazon to learn more.
